Based on haunted nightmares and the movie Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, The artwork is described as the unknown scarlet tornado flows into the air while a lot of bloody hands from the devils inside are attacking an unknown opponent. With a dark color tone, the artwork creates a sign of danger and fear of an unknown entity lurking in the shadow, metaphorically symbolizing the negatives on the human side that will arise: anger, jealousy, and depression that lead to madness and a loss of direction in life.
